Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases on tryluvano.co, the Luvano companion apps and our customer support. Luvano is operated by JESSMORRISBOOKS LLC ("Luvano", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using an app you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

1. What we sell

We sell physical everyday products, such as comfort products for little ones and for dogs and activewear, together with Luvano companion app memberships. Each product page shows what is included, the price, the options and any app membership. Follow the instructions supplied with each product, and supervise children and pets whenever the product page says so.

2. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. The product price, shipping, applicable taxes and any app membership are shown at checkout before you pay. Your order confirmation email lists what you bought and what you were charged. If an item cannot be supplied, or a material price or description error affects your order, we will contact you and offer a correction or a cancellation with a full refund. We never substitute an item or charge an additional amount without your agreement.

3. App memberships (VIP Club)

Some products include a Luvano companion app membership: Little Explorer Club, Calm Companion, Daily Rhythm or Luvano Move. The product page and checkout show which app is included before you pay.

  • Free trial: the membership starts with 10 days free from your purchase date.
  • Price: after the trial, the membership costs $40 USD every 30 days, per app membership.
  • Automatic renewal: the payment method used at checkout is charged automatically when the trial ends and every 30 days after that, until you cancel.
  • Access: after your order is confirmed you receive an activation email to create your account with your order email. Each successful payment gives 30 days of app access. A failed payment does not extend access.
  • More than one membership: each app membership is billed separately.
  • Starter access: where a product page states that app access is included without automatic renewal, no membership charge applies.
  • Price changes: we will email you before any change to the membership price takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.

Physical products and shipping are charged once, as shown at checkout, and are not reshipped automatically. Benefits are described on our VIP Club page.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel a membership at any time:

Cancel before the end of the 10-day trial to avoid the first membership charge, or before a renewal date to avoid that charge. We confirm every cancellation on screen and by email. Canceling stops future charges; access you have already paid for remains available until the end of that paid period. Returning a physical product does not cancel a membership automatically, so please tell us if you also want to cancel.

5. Refunds

Returns and refunds of physical products follow our Refund Policy. For any membership charge, contact [email protected]. A refund of a membership period removes app access for that period. See also our Membership Terms.

6. Shipping

Delivery areas, charges and estimated times are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout.

7. App content

App routines, guides and reminders are general information for everyday use. They are not medical, veterinary or other professional advice and do not promise any particular result. Ask a qualified professional about any health question for you, your child or your pet.

8. Your account

Keep your login details secure and use your own email address. You are responsible for activity in your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

9. Using our website and apps

Do not use the website or apps for unlawful purposes, to interfere with their operation, or to copy or resell their content. The Luvano name, website, apps and content belong to us or our licensors, and a purchase does not transfer any intellectual-property rights. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and apps are provided "as is", and our total liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order or, for a membership, the membership fees you paid in the 30 days before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the update; the terms shown when you placed an order apply to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
