Where we ship

We deliver to the addresses and countries available at checkout. Checkout shows every available delivery option and the full shipping charge before you pay.

Cost and timing

Standard shipping is $4.95 USD per order, with no minimum order. Applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.

Orders arrive within 7-10 days of payment, including preparation and transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Your delivery

We send a dispatch confirmation by email and include tracking where available. Please check your shipping address before placing an order and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If an order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. If we expect your order to arrive later than this, we will contact you with an updated estimate and offer cancellation and a full refund.
